The first step to becoming a tenant with us is to register your details, letting us know what kind of property you’re looking for. You can either register online or by popping in to our office, where one of our lettings agents will be happy to help you with the process. We will then keep you updated with any properties that come on the market with us meeting your requirements.

Once you’ve found the perfect property, we’re there for you every step of the way to make sure the process runs smoothly. We’ll carry out some checks, agree a move-in date with you, and then invite you in to sign all the necessary documents and give you the keys to your new home. And throughout this process, we’ll be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Even after you’ve moved in and got settled at your new property, we’re still available if you need any help with maintenance, or if any issues arise. Just get in touch with one of our lettings agents who will do their best to help you resolve any problems.
