Bishopsworth

Bishopsworth is a largely residential suburb of Bristol the parish formulated when the rural southern parts of Bedminster became a civil parish and then was abolished between 1930 and 1933 to which Bishopsworth, as we know it today, was created. One iconic building in the Bishopsworth area is Bishopsworth Manor built in the late 1720s Bishopsworth Manor is a Grade II listed building other listed building in the area include the school house and attached schools rooms in church road, they were built around 1840 in a Tudor revival style and are also Grade II listed and finally Chestnut Court dates from the early 18th century in an early Georgian style. The average house price in the Bishopsworth area would be between £130,000 and £240,000.
